Paul Foster

Paul Foster has been a church choir soloist for over 40 years. He was raised in the Boston area and studied voice at the New England Conservatory of Music. While living in Boston he was tenor soloist at All Saints Episcopal Church in Brookline as well as cantorial soloist at two temples. Paul performed for 10 years with the Boston Opera Chorus and performed leading roles in summer stock and musical theater. Paul moved to Atlanta in 1979 where he was tenor soloist at Glenn Memorial Methodist Church and eventually moved on to All Saints Episcopal Church. In 1994 Paul moved to Scottsdale where he was tenor soloist at St Barnabas of the Desert Episcopal Church.

Upon arriving in San Diego in 2004, Paul sang at St. Michael’s by the Sea Episcopal Church as tenor soloist/section leader for 3 years. In addition, Paul has been singing during the High Holy Days with Temple Emmanuel choir. Paul joined the San Diego Opera Chorus in 2004 and in 2006 joined the St Bartholomew music staff.
