The Thrift Shop is a ministry of St. Bartholomew’s Episcopal Church. Our purpose is to be a Christian witness to the community by providing affordable merchandise for purchase and volunteer opportunities. Profits are used to support outreach programs.
We receive a variety of high-quality donations. We accept donations of clothing, household items, collectibles, and items others would find useful. Large items, such as furniture, can be picked up by our truck. Just call the shop for an appointment. You can participate in our ministry of outreach through recycling your articles.
We have a branch of the shop on the church campus, Fr. Al’s Nook. It contains select thrift shop items. Carefully curated paintings are displayed for sale at The St. Bart’s Gallery, located next door to Fr. Al’s Nook. Both The Nook and Gallery are open on Sunday mornings between services.
Give us what doesn't bring you joy! Proceeds from Thrift Shop sales support St. Bart's Outreach programs and bring others joy!
This Lent clean out your home! Pick up a bag from the church office or the courtyard after services. Put one item in the bag (or use your own bag or box) each day during Lent. Bring your bag to the St. Bart's parking lot on April 5, 6 or 7. Donate your items at our Thrift Shop truck.
