Ushers

The ministry of Ushers is part of the Worship ministry group at St Bart’s. Ushers participate in worship services by ensuring that worshipers are provided service leaflets, and that the facility has been properly prepared for worship. Ushers are a resource that can answer questions about the Church and enhance the worship experience for members and guests. Ushers also facilitate the collection of the gifts offered to God and guide those receiving communion to the altar. They also assist worshipers who are less mobile helping them to receive communion as well as holding out a welcoming hand to all those in need during services.
